Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method you select. Standard shipping within the Europe s is typically free of charge, except for Liechtenstein, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, on which a charge of €4.95 fee will be applied. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within the following time frames:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days.
We currently offer two shipping options to suit your needs: Standard shipping and Express shipping carried by our trusted couriers UPS, DHL or the national post of the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a clickable tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
Payments
We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Klarna’s 30-day payment option, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Currently, we do not support using multiple payment methods for a single order. You will need to choose one payment method at checkout.

No, we do not charge any additional fees for using any of our accepted payment methods.

Order Process
To place an order, follow these simple steps:
- Browse our catalog and select the t-shirts you like
- Choose the desired size and color, then click “Add to Cart”
- Once you have added all items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page
- Review your order and click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter your shipping and payment information, then click “Place Order”
Yes, you can change or cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. All our products are MTO (Made-to-order), if the production already started it’s not possible to cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. In any case, after 24 hours we won’t be able to modify or cancel your order as it will have already entered the processing stage.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
Currently, we do not accept phone orders. All orders must be placed through our website to ensure accuracy and security.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to receive a return number. Package the item securely with proof of purchase and send it to the provided address.
Items must be in their original state and not damaged, dirty, or unfolded to qualify for a return. For defective items, contact customer service for assistance.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. It’s recommended to use a trackable method for shipping returns.
Product Information
Our t-shirts are made from high-quality materials, including 100% organic cotton, polyester blends, and eco-friendly fabrics. Each product page provides specific details about the materials used for that t-shirt.
To ensure your t-shirt lasts, follow these care instructions:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Do not wash above 30°C
- Use mild detergent and avoid bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
- Iron on low heat if necessary, but avoid ironing over prints
Yes, our t-shirts are designed to be true to size. For the best fit, refer to our size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up for a more comfortable fit.
Sorry, not at the moment. We are working hard to bring a t-shirt customizer on Shirt Wave. We will offer custom designs and personalization options. You will be able to create your own design or add personalized text to our t-shirts.
